I would like to pass my thanks on to your team who supported me in the recent moves into the St Chads Centre LIFT building. The move took place in four phases over three weeks - and it went superbly.
The dedication and professionalism the team displayed was exemplary . They never tired, nothing was too much trouble and they kept smiling throughout.
After each move they were there giving the first day support to the building users to make sure everything went smoothly for them.
I delivered a very successful project, but I certainly could not have done it without them. They really are unsung heroes just on a day to day basis for all of the normal work they do for me and others, but when they deliver as they have done for Kirkby it really shows how fantastic they are.

Garswood Surgery started using the St Helens & Knowlsey Trust Library & Knowledge Service over 15 years ago. Although at first, it took some time to locate material, I knew that with help, in the form of the Library Team were only a phone call or e-mail away.
I use the service at least once a week and as well as assisting me with ongoing work, I have found the material contained within to be particularly helpful when conducting research for some recent publications.
The ease of access to the Library and Knowledge Service is a huge benefit. By accessing the web portal and using the online search tools or, most usually for me, by simply by e-mailing, completing the search request form or calling the team directly, I know that they will do their utmost to ensure I receive the right information, and quite simply I am sure that if the library cannot find something, it simply does not exist.
I would wholeheartedly endorse the service and the invaluable help we have received. In particular, it would be almost impossible to work as a full-time GP and still maintain a reasonable output of publications without such a service.
I am very grateful for the service and trust it will continue for the indefinite future – it is irreplaceable.

Our office move went ahead yesterday. Ste Devine and Terry Moran ensured that everything was packed up prior to furniture removal and then installed everything so we were back on-line yesterday afternoon.
